On April 6-7, 2017 the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) and the Fraunhofer Nanotechnology Alliance are hosting the 2nd Joint Symposium on Nanotechnology in Hanover, Germany. At the symposium, “the status quo of nanomaterials in research, application, and regulation will be presented.” Special focus will be on the toxicology of inhaled nanomaterials. Also, sustainability and resource efficiency of nanotechnology, as well as emerging nanomaterials will be addressed. The event program and registration are available on the Fraunhofer ITEM website.
