On March 8-9, 2017 the German packaging design agency PACOON is hosting its second conference for sustainable packaging called SOLPACK 2.0 in Munich, Germany. The conference will present background information, best cases, as well as new approaches, and offers workshops for participants. The event will gather participants from the brand owner industry, trade, recycling, agencies, and packaging suppliers. Michael Hahl from Unilever will talk about why sustainable packaging is mandatory for the future, Anatoli Davydov from PTS Papiertechnische Stiftung will present new developments in sustainable paper and cardboard packaging, and Birgit Geueke from the Food Packaging Forum will discuss migration of chemicals from packaging into food as well as recycling of food packaging.
