On May 19, 2016 the European Parliament (EP) informed that the motion of censure on the European Commission (EC), announced on May 12, 2016 for delay in publishing scientific criteria on endocrine disrupting chemicals (FPF reported), has lapsed. The procedure is now stopped. This happened after 16 Members of European Parliament (MEPs) withdrew their signature from this motion of censure, resulting in it not having the required number of MEP signatures anymore.
