On October 5, 2017, the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) held its fifth annual workshop in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on “Scientific challenges in the risk assessment of food contact materials.”
Dr. Eddo Hoekstra, Scientific Officer at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, Ispra, Italy, discussed the requirements for migration testing of food contact materials (FCMs) in Europe (FPF reported).
