In an article published on November 14, 2016 the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commision informed that its division on alternative methods (the European Union Reference Laboratory for Alternatives to Animal Testing, EURL ECVAM) has recently published its Status Report 2016, providing detailed information and latest updates on its activities aimed at developing alternative methods and approaches, and promoting their regulatory acceptance and use.
