In an article published on October 16, 2017, regulatory news provider Chemical Watch reported that the Swedish Chemicals Agency (KEMI) has launched an online tool entitled “Chemicals in the children’s everyday lives.” The tool provides “information and advice on how children can be protected so they aren’t exposed to chemicals unnecessarily.” The website features different thematic categories, including a section called “Eat and store” which addresses chemicals in food contact materials (FCMs).
