Raise your IQ on chemicals in food packaging

On September 23, 2021, Jane Muncke from the Food Packaging Forum presented during ChemSec’s webinar titled “Raise your IQ on chemicals in food packaging.” The webinar focused on providing viewers with an introduction to the field of food contact materials (FCMs) including the concept of chemical migration, the universe of chemicals that can be present in FCMs, current legislation that regulates the presence of these chemicals, and ongoing scientific discussions and initiatives within the field to improve FCM safety.
