The French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) and the French political science institute Sciences Po Paris jointly organize a conference entitled “Health risks, precaution and innovation”. The conference will be held on June 24, 2015 in Paris, France. The overall intention is to deliver a forum that will thoroughly examine the precautionary principle. The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss various topics, including the application of the precautionary principle in France and worldwide, the role and responsibilities of the different stakeholders (authorities, companies, research institutions) in the application of the precautionary principle and how the principle can help stimulate innovation. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.
