In an article published on November 7, 2017, the non-profit organization Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL) informed about a TV documentary addressing the effects of exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on children’s brain development. The film, entitled “Demain, tous crétins?” (Brains in danger?), will be screened on the French and German television channel Arte on November 11, 2017 at 10:35 pm CET. The documentary explains how EDCs can interfere with the thyroid hormone system, the functioning of which is essential for normal brain development.
