The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has organized an Effectopedia Webinar. Effectopedia is an online open-knowledge aggregation and collaboration tool for delineating adverse outcome pathways (AOPs) in an encyclopedic and predictive manner. The webinar takes place twice, on December 1, 2014 from 9:30 – 11:00 (CET) and on December 3, 2014 from 17:00 – 18:30 (CET). The webinar will provide a general overview of the approach used in Effectopedia for implementing AOPs and quantitative AOPs (qAOPs). It will introduce the basic features of Effectopedia (searching, viewing and creating the AOP graphic structure) and offer a preview of the first set of qAOP examples. Further, the webinar will explain the integration of Effectopedia as part of AOP Knowledge Base (AOP-KB) and information exchange with the recently launched AOP-Wiki (reported on by the FPF). If you are interested in attending, please contact Hristo Aaldjov indicating the day you would like to participate.
