On October 5, 2017, the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) held its fifth annual workshop in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on “Scientific challenges in the risk assessment of food contact materials.

Dr. Jean-Pierre Cravedi, Director of Research at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA), Toulouse, France, reported on the contamination of food with mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) (FPF reported).
