In an article published on September 27, 2016 the European Container Glass Federation (FEVE) informs about an industry event hosted by German Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Karl-Heinz Florenz. The lunch debate themed “Circular economy in real life: How to boost EU industrial symbiosis and materials recycling?” will take place on October 12, 2016 in Brussels, Belgium. The Confederation of European Paper Industries (CEPI), the European Steel Association (EUROFER), the European Non-ferrous Metals Association (Eurometaux), and FEVE will be present along with MEPs and representatives of the European Council and Commission to “discuss the benefits and opportunities of the Circular Economy for the environment and European industry.”
