Today, the consumer is increasingly vigilant of health issues related to food packaging may they be acute, sub-chronic or chronic. Professionals said that the better control of contaminants will be of major importance. This is the first time in ten years that the importance of cost is predicted to decrease. The biggest trend identified was sustainability.
