On January 14, 2020, the Swiss Packaging Institute (SVI) will hold its annual conference under the theme “Food Packaging of the Future” at the Swiss Environment Arena in Spreitenbach, Switzerland. The event will include a range of presentations on themes related to keeping plastic packaging in a circular material stream after use and designing packaging for recycling. There will also be a podium discussion of paperboard beverage packaging in the circular economy. Presenters include representatives from Plastics Recyclers Europe, Unilever, Aldi, and Tetrapack. The event will be held in German, and registration is open online until December 15.
