The Collaborative on Health and the Environment (CHE) hosted a webinar on silicones in food contact materials on June 25, 2019. Birgit Geueke from the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) discussed FPF’s Dossier on Silicones and provided an update on the use of silicones in contact with food. The topics chemical migration, human exposure, toxicology, as well as current regulations were specifically covered.
