The Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/174 published in the Official Journal of the European Union on February 6, 2015 is amending and correcting the Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Various amendments and corrections have been made such as addition of new substances to the Union list in Table 1 of Annex I, addition/deletion of Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) numbers for several substances, and changes regarding the specific migration limit (SML) of several substances.
