At its June 2014 meeting the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) working party on nanomaterials decided to make nanomaterial testing data publicly available. The foreseen publication will comprise data from the detailed testing of 13 nanomaterials including carbon, silver, gold, and aluminum and zinc oxide. The head of OECD’s nanosafety program Peter Kearns announced that the publication will take place gradually.
