On November 16, 2016 the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) informed that it has published two new case studies on its “Substituting hazardous chemicals” website (FPF reported). The first study summarizes the Adidas Group’s work with their supply chain to replace per- and polyfluorinated chemicals in their sports products. The second study presents the website of the French national competence centre for industrial safety and environmental protection (INERIS) which supports companies in finding safer alternatives for bisphenols.
